A well-designed workspace does more than just serve a function; it helps you focus, stay creative, and develop your potential. We take a peek behind the doors of IT service provider LEEPS, who show that a workplace can, and should, be inspiring.
An interior that feels just right: light, airy, and homely.
That’s exactly what the team at LEEPS, an innovative IT service provider, had in mind when designing their new office in Schiphol-Rijk. For the interior design, they enlisted interior stylist Lotte from Vlotte Styling. “We wanted a space that felt light and homey, yet still professional,” the team explains.
Lotte got complete freedom and came up with mood boards centered around pastel colors, natural materials, and clever layouts. The main wishes? A place to sit, have lunch, hold meetings, and make quick calls. Future growth was also taken into account. Lotte created different settings within one cohesive whole flexible, atmospheric, and with an eye for detail.
A modular sofa as the connecting element
A standout element in the design is the choice of the modular Finn sofa. It forms the heart of the informal seating area perfect for a coffee break, a brainstorm session, or a quick call with a view.
Thanks to the island configuration, it has become an open and inviting spot. The combination of the colors Simply Beige and Green Moss shows that two shades in one sofa can be unexpectedly stylish. “It’s active seating, yet still relaxed,” says co-owner Jelle. “Exactly what you want in an office space.” The separate modules keep the setup light and not too private ideal for a workplace where people should feel free and comfortable.
The strength of a homely atmosphere in the workplace

“We wanted an office people enjoy coming to. Not because they have to, but because it feels good. The atmosphere should be energizing.”
With warm colors, natural light, and comfortable furniture, the space feels inviting. Clients are welcomed here with ease, and colleagues choose to come into the office, even though working from home is an option.
